Indian Technical & Economic Cooperation [ITEC / SCAAP] 2019-2020 

The on-line application process for ITEC/SCAAP courses in the training year 2019-2020 is open for applicants from Seychelles. Please visit website https://www.itecgoi.in/ for the upcoming training courses. Courses from May 2019 until March 2020 are now open for applicants.

Procedure to apply for ITEC courses available in the training year 2019-2020 :

  • On-line application facility is now open at www.itecgoi.in.   Eligible applicants from Seychelles can visit this site for registering / filling up on-line ITEC applications. Online registration is compulsory. Generally, the prescribed age limit to apply is between 25 to 45 years with 5 years working experience. In this regard, please read the eligibility conditions for every course. A candidate who has previously attended an ITEC/SCAAP course is not eligible to apply.

  • To select a desired course at the above link, please follow: Courses ➡ Training Programmes 2019-20 ➡ Available Streams which are (1) Accounts, Audit, Banking and Finance Courses (2) Environment and Renewable Energy Courses (3) IT, Telecommunication and English Courses (4) Management Courses (5) SME/Rural Development Courses (6) Specialized Courses (7) Technical Courses. There is also a provision at the link to see all the available courses along with the course duration.

  • Please glance through the Sample Application form before you click on Apply for ITEC for relevant details required in the link. ITEC applications must be registered / filled in online at the above link. This will include furnishing of Personal details, Educational/Professional details, Employment details and a part of medical details online.

  • Once registered online, an applicant will be given a unique Application ID so as to choose his/her own login email ID and create a login password to know status of the processing of the applications in the system. At this stage, the applicant must take a printout of the application.

  • The printed application, along with other parts to be filled-in manually i.e certification of English language proficiency, medical report, undertaking by the applicant and employer’s authorization, should be sent to the High Commission of India through Department of Foreign Affairs, Government of Seychelles at the earliest possible. To avoid rejection, applicants are advised to register online well in advance to the commencing date of a particular course and proceed with submitting the printed applications along with the required documents through proper channel at the soonest possible after registration.
